Closing your survey

Closing your survey

You can close your survey using the button in the survey control panel on your dashboard.

Once your survey is open you will be able to see the number of staff participating from within your dashboard. Ideally, you should try and achieve 80% participation. This isn't always possible and depending on the context you may want to accept less. The higher the participation, the more confidence that the results are fully representative. There is more guidance on this in the article 'Obtaining a high participation rate'.

At the agreed time or when you are happy that you have sufficient respondents, you can close your survey. Simply click on the close survey button in your dashboard.

Your full results and report will then be automatically generated.
