When reviewing your school's survey results, we recommend you follow this structured approach:

1. Dashboard Overview: Start by exploring the dashboard for an initial overview.

2. Report and Actions: Review the report and associated actions. Select 2-3 actions that align with your school's goals and will have the most significant impact.

3. Heatmaps Summary: Use the overall heatmaps summary and specific Management Standard heatmaps for deeper insights.

4. Staff Comments: Analyse staff comments to identify trends and insights. Respond to comments for engagement and consider the bigger picture.

Scheduling a Results Review

Once you've assessed your results with your leadership team and had a think about your next steps, schedule a Results Review meeting for guidance, clarifications, and insights. Book your session here: Results Review.
