While we hope that you will want to use Welbee Voice (Pro) with all features, allowing you to have multiple users and assign staff to multiple groups, there is a free account available.
Using Welbee Voice means it will become part of the way the school operates and help make staff wellbeing and feedback simply part of what happens every day. We have priced Welbee Voice (Pro) at a level of investment we think makes it very easy for a school of any size to use it and it can be used at no additional cost by all our survey customers.
However, we recognise that some schools may wish to move to our Forever Free plan. The instructions for operation are the same as above with two distinctions.
Only one user will have access to the account. This will be the login shown in the Account tab in your menu. You can change the name and email address for this user. This will be the only person that can send, receive, and view invitations and add or amend staff records.
Any additional users granted access during your trial will no longer be available.
You will not be able to use staff groups. Your existing staff records will continue to show groups and you can continue to add or modify these. However, when you issue staff invitations you will only have the option to issue these to all staff.
This means you can continue to seek feedback and hold two-way anonymous conversations, which remains a very powerful tool in consultations, identifying and addressing concerns, seeking ideas, and creating an open and honest culture.
You can do this for free. If you subsequently choose to upgrade you will be able to immediately seek more specific feedback from groups of staff, using the records already in your account and adding to them.
