Running the Survey

    • Take appropriate actions to boost engagement if needed.

    • Share results with your wellbeing committee or equivalent group, if applicable.

    • Identify areas to celebrate and quick wins to implement immediately.
  5. External Benchmarking:

    • Compare your results with the benchmarks to gain broader insights.
  6. Provide Feedback:

    • Share results with staff and agree on areas for shared action.
  7. Plan Quick Wins:

    • Develop actionable plans to address quick wins identified in the survey.
  8. Set Goals:

    • Define measurable goals (e.g., future survey scores, reduced absence rates, cost savings).
  9. Integrate Actions:

    • Add agreed actions into the school development plan (SDP).
  10. Follow-Up Communication Plan:

    • Develop a timeline for ongoing updates to staff about progress on actions taken.
  11. Feedback Loop:

    • Include a mechanism for staff to share feedback on the survey process itself to refine future surveys.
