Dashboard Overview:
The MAT or Group dashboard serves as your centralised hub for viewing overall results and comparing scores across all schools under your purview. In addition to the individual school dashboards, this central dashboard offers aggregate scores across the entire MAT or group, facilitating a comprehensive analysis of wellbeing metrics. You'll also have access to a complementary central team dashboard.
Accessing School Dashboards:
From the main dashboard, you can seamlessly access individual school dashboards to delve into detailed analyses specific to each site within your MAT or group.
Summary of Scores:
Within the dashboard, you'll find a summary of scores for the entire MAT against the Health and Safety Executive’s (HSE) Management Standards. Scores are benchmarked against over 500 Welbee schools nationally and the HSE's cross-sector benchmark, providing valuable insights into comparative performance.
Summary Report:
Results are presented in a summary report, offering a breakdown of scores, benchmarks, strengths, and areas for improvement across various sections, including Management Standards, Group Scores, Job Roles, and Sites.
Actionable Insights:
Each school receives a detailed report with suggested actions based on staff feedback, enabling administrators to address specific areas for improvement. These reports highlight up to three actionable steps for each standard, supported by charts displaying high and low scoring staff members.
Heatmaps:
Heatmaps offer visual representations of data filters and scores, allowing you to identify trends, celebrate successes, and target interventions effectively. You can customise filters as well for enhanced analysis.
Comments Management:
Open-ended comments from staff are accessible within individual school dashboards, enabling leaders to review, filter, and respond to feedback while maintaining staff anonymity. This feature fosters open communication and trust within the school community.
Analytics:
Track performance and results over time, comparing data between surveys and applying customised filters to assess the impact of interventions. This supports ongoing improvement efforts and aligns with the DfE’s Staff Wellbeing Charter.
Action Plan Integration:
Integrate survey results and suggested actions into development plans to prioritise staff wellbeing as an integral part of the school culture.
Presentation Tools:
Easily share results with stakeholders using downloadable, editable PowerPoint presentations, fostering transparency and engagement across the organisation.
